A little more than a week ago, on first Saturday, not even a minute from our chapel, we saw CC. Probably the most emaciated dog we've ever seen first hand. And you tend to see a lot when you're in dog rescue.
However, in addition to being the most emaciated dog we've seen, she is also the happiest and sweetest adult street dog we've seen.
SOAR graciously agreed to take her under their wing!
And yes, the poor baby is heart-worm positive.
